Step-up DC-DC circuit

This uses a Max756 step-up chip, and is a standard circuit from this chip's datasheet. This circuit efficientlyconverts the raw battery output into a stable 5-Volt supply for the rest of the Outdoor Unit circuitry. It can operate with the battery voltage down to 0.7V, therefore maximising the life of the batteries.
